Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use Feelings (the "App"), including our optional subscriptions and in-app features. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The App is provided by Skaiste Aciene ("we," "us," "our"). You can contact us at [email protected] (replace with your support or privacy email).
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile - Information you provide in the App, such as preferences and avatar choices, if you use those features.
- Subscription and purchase data - When you subscribe (monthly or yearly), Apple and/or Google process payments. We and our subscription partner receive limited purchase-related information (for example, subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction identifiers) as needed to provide access to paid features.
- Technical and usage data - Such as device type, operating system version, app version, and basic diagnostics needed to run and improve the App. Our app infrastructure and development tools may process technical data required for app functionality and stability.
We do not require you to create an account unless the App's features make that necessary. If we add sign-in later, we will update this policy to describe what we collect.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features;
- Process and validate subscriptions and restore purchases;
- Remember your settings (including avatar selections) where applicable;
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations;
- Detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
4. Subscriptions (RevenueCat, Apple, Google)
Paid plans are offered through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. We use RevenueCat as a third-party service provider to manage subscriptions and entitlements. It processes limited technical and subscription-related data on our behalf.
Payment information is handled by Apple and/or Google; we do not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat may process identifiers and subscription events on our behalf. For more detail, see:
5. Data export
Where the App offers export your data, you may download or receive a copy of certain information associated with your use of the App, as implemented in that feature. Exported data may be unencrypted; keep exports secure and only share them as you intend.
6. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist us (for example, subscription management, analytics, hosting, or crash reporting), subject to contractual obligations;
- Apple and Google as necessary for in-app purchases and platform rules;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information as "sale" is commonly understood for privacy laws.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Subscription records may be retained as needed for billing disputes, accounting, and compliance.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under the age required by your region (often 13 in the U.S., or higher where local law applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International users
If you use the App from outside Lithuania, your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Export data where the App provides that feature;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your request. You can also use platform settings (App Store / Google Play) to manage subscriptions.
12. California residents (summary)
If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) applies, you may have additional rights regarding personal information. Contact us with requests as described above. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law unless we disclose otherwise and offer applicable opt-outs. Adjust this section after legal review if you use advertising SDKs or sale/share as defined by law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App or at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
