What is Feelings: Period Tracker?
Feelings is a period and cycle tracking app for iPhone and Android. It helps you log your period, moods, and patterns in one place—using a clear calendar, simple charts, and optional companion-style mood moments—so you can spot trends and feel more in sync with your body.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. Core tracking is designed to work on your device without creating an account. You can create an account later if you want features that require sign-in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?
Your period and mood data is stored on your phone for core features. You can export or import your data when you want a backup or a new device. Optional cloud or account features, if you use them, are described in the Privacy Policy.
What is Feelings Pro?
The core app experience is free and full-featured. Feelings Pro is an optional upgrade with advanced capabilities for people who want more. You only need to subscribe if it adds value for you. Subscriptions are handled through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app.

Where can I download Feelings: Period Tracker?
How do I restore purchases or manage a subscription?
Subscription management—including canceling or restoring purchases—uses your Apple ID or Google account settings and the store you purchased through. We use a subscription partner (such as RevenueCat) to validate entitlements; see the Privacy Policy for third-party services.
