Delete your account

You can delete your Feelings account from the app. Open Settings, scroll to Account, then tap Delete account. You will be asked to enter your current password to confirm. This permanently removes your Feelings sign-in.

Data on this device: Information stored only on your phone or tablet is not erased automatically when the account is deleted. If you want to remove it, use Data Management in Settings before or after deletion.

If you cannot use in-app deletion—for example, you are locked out, the option is unavailable, or you need help verifying your identity—email our support team: [email protected]

Please include:

  1. The email address tied to your account (the one you use to sign in).
  2. A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.
  3. Any details that help us find your account (for example, approximate signup date), if you use more than one email.
What happens next: We will confirm your request when possible and process deletion according to our retention and legal obligations. Some information may need to be kept for a limited time where the law requires it (for example, billing or fraud-prevention records).

If you cannot access the email on your account, you can still write to us from another address and explain the situation; we may ask for extra steps to verify your identity before deleting the account.
